“I love the opportunity to teach and watch your kid learn before your eyes.”
What do you do and what led you to this career?
I’m the co-founder and CEO of Swet Tailor. I left the banking in my mid-20’s for the fashion industry and moved to Montreal from NYC. What I learned in one year at my first company would’ve taken me five years elsewhere. I had two incredible mentors that navigated me through production, sourcing, operations, merchandising and most importantly, sales. After 10 years and three companies later, I started a consulting company and eventually acquired the client, Swet Tailor. In three years, we’ve grown the company to over $1 million in sales and have an all-star investment team ranging from experts in Consumer Products to All Pro NFL players. I love the menswear space we’re currently in and plan on expanding this to a full collection for mens, womens, and kids.
